Quick Troubleshooting
Location not updating
- Open iOS Settings, then find Ortel.
- Set Location Access to "While Using the App".
- Reopen Ortel and allow location permission prompts.
Notes are not syncing
- Confirm iCloud is enabled for your Apple ID on the device.
- Check that iCloud Drive is on.
- Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on your devices.
Nearby list is empty
- Verify location permissions are enabled.
- Create at least one note near your current location.
- The nearby list shows notes within roughly 10 miles.
